Scope
These terms cover appointments and services at The Gentlemen's Lounge. They are provided as a set of expectations for the client and the lounge.
Bookings
Appointments are confirmed through the online booking partner, WhatsApp or email. Your booking is subject to availability and acceptance by The Gentlemen's Lounge.
Cancellations
Please cancel with notice when you cannot attend. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the terms of the booking partner.
Service information
Durations, prices and treatments are confirmed at booking. The lounge reserves the right to substitute services when necessary for health, safety or availability reasons.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
